January 2022 has boomed with eagerness for life, therefore the ongoing Haute Couture Week happening in Paris is stunning fashion with out of this world collections brought back to the runway.

The new collection of Elsa Schiaparelli imagined and proposed by the artistic director of the house, Daniel Roseberry for the summer of 2022 was up on the runways of Paris Fashion Week, yesterday on 24th of January.

The designs worn by the top models just wowed the public. Roseberry imagined a redefinition of class and feminity under an haute-couture lense.

Each piece of the collection is a pure work of art that mixes contrasting elements coming from the classic women wardrobe with a contemporary artistic twist.

Oversized hats, black deux-pieces and dresses with sculptural, precious “add-ons” like golden falling feathers, futuristic tops with conic “Madonna-inspired” bras, bags in the shape of human heads in the typical Schiaparelli avant-garde style, oversized earrings or a “Medusa – looking” golden metallic dress are a statement of a pure Haute-Couture expression.
