The Japanese summer no longer forgives. The air thickens, heat saturates, and the desire to dress fades away. Yet Ujoh resists surrender. The collection imagines a summer uniform: light, ingenious, elegant. A way to keep dressing even when the climate turns extreme.

Marine inspirations flow through each piece. The sailor collar becomes structure, buttoning recalls a plastron, legs open like sails. Layering, the house’s signature, transforms into a play of breath. Between skirt and trousers emerge new hybrid forms, born from a research that lets unexpected volumes bloom.
Summer is written in the fabrics. Ujoh ’s tailoring grows lighter: airy gabardine, fluid poplin, cotton and linen blended with rayon to preserve the drape. Mesh and technical textiles carve out zones of air. Every detail is designed for daily life: easy to wash, practical, perfectly adapted to urban life in Japan, without ever yielding to ease.

Pieces stand strong on their own, yet together they compose the harmony unique to Ujoh. A shirt unfolds into a boat neckline, a mesh top becomes a polo, a scarf-cap reinvents the accessory as a modular object.
The sea returns as an obsession. A net-dress reimagines the fishing net as lace. Embroideries sketch tropical leaves. Stripes summon the seaside elegance of Italian lidos and retro swimsuits. On the skin, silver jewelry (cuffs, bangles, rings) captures the shimmer of water, evoking the simple joys of summer, soothing and luminous.

The palette remains rooted in the city. Black, white, beige: a sober trilogy, radically Japanese, unbroken by the heat. Yet Ujoh inscribes a singular note within it. A blue poised between lilac-grey and deep navy, the collection’s signature hue.

This collection sketches a summer both resilient and joyful, where lightness means not surrender but vitality. Clothing that breathes, adapts, and elevates the everyday. True to its DNA, Ujoh invents a summer silhouette that is dressed, elegant, universal.

Ujoh x Reebok
For the second time, Ujoh and Reebok meet again. Where the first encounter built a bridge between tailoring and sportswear, this new alliance reveals its shades. The palette draws from the memory of vintage sneakers: softened whites, faded blues, timeworn browns. Familiar tones, reimagined through Ujoh’s lines.
Jackets, trousers, dresses absorb the energy of sport and transform it into tailoring that is sharp, precise, vibrant. This collaboration does not pit two worlds against each other. It lets them breathe together.
