Moiré Gallery Milano debuts at Dubai Design Week 2025 participating in Editions, the Middle East’s fair for limited-edition art and design, with the works by Isabella Garbagnati.

Moiré Gallery Milano, the art gallery and concept store located in the heart of Milan’s fashion district, makes its debut at Dubai Design Week 2025 participating in Editions, the Middle East’s fair dedicated to limited-edition art and design, within the Downtown Design exhibition space in the Dubai Design District (d3).

From November 5 to 9, 2025, Ouafa Lotfi Tahoun, founder and curator of Moiré Gallery Milano, presents, in the city that symbolizes innovation, a selection of works by the Italian architect and designer Isabella Garbagnati.

Daughter of art – her grandfather was an architect and she’s direct relative of Gio Ponti – Isabella Garbagnati designs and produces luxury, custom-made and limited-edition sculptural lighting. After graduating in architecture, she collaborated with several interior design and decoration studios, most notably with Jean Nouvel’s atelier on the interior design project of the Louvre Abu Dhabi. All her projects are created in Milan with local manufacturers and artisans, and each piece is hand-assembled in her studio.

Her concept straddles between architecture and design, striking a perfect balance between solidity and light, Made in Italy craftsmanship and experimentation, poetic language and materic exploration. Her works blend the craftsman’s meticulous attention to detail with the artist’s unerring instinct, giving life to lamps of timeless elegance. Different materials, such as glass, brass, resins, alabaster, iron, quartz, and copper, enter into a harmonious dialogue with the central element of her creations: the light.
