September is here looking sunny, joyful and all set up for New York Fashion Week!

The first Fashion Week of the fashion season debuts in New York after an 18 months pause for the delight and love of all fashionistas around the globe.

One of the first brands that has showcased its Spring-Summer collection proposed for the year of 2022, Collina Strada, kicks off with a blastful show on Brooklyn Grange rooftop garden.

For this collection, the designer Hillary Taymour brought a series of characters to life like the farm queen, the skater queen, the prom queen, the princess etc. to express the fact that after a period of so many restrictions we should all be able to dress in the way that we want and feel.

In a cocktail of material layers, rich accessories, wacky cuts and brightful colours, the models striked the runway waving, laughing and hugging. On top of the colourful show, the brand brought to front the importance of having a sustainable fashion by reducing waste and consumption…Why not reinventing objects and transform a bottle cap into a high-fashion piece of jewelry? A symbol of the show to start working on a sustainable future.

With a rebel, artsy attitude mingled with an eco-friendly approach, Collina Strada writes a beautiful first page of New York Fashion Week that is prone to offer a lot of surprises this season!
