25th of January 2023, Paris, France – The Haute Couture Week in Paris was completed by another fashion file wonderfully written by Viktor & Rolf at the somptuous location of Intercontinental Paris Le Grand .

Viktor & Rolf came on stage with dream like yet surrealist constructions for the Spring-Summer 2023 collection which litreally took the runway, the public’s and press attention.

The show became one of the most discussed ones from the Couture Week with its disruptive and out of the box fashion approach for this collection.

The beautiful collection entitled ‘ Late Stage Capitalism Waltz ‘ alludes to the heydays of the mid-20th century with floating gowns with surrealist and layered tulle constructions and corsets which were presented by a top cast of models.

It was everything about a perfect out of the box visual harmony where “being” upside down, inside out, perpendicular or left or right rotated made perfect sense.

The brand’s collection was the Haute Couture ‘Kinder Surprise’. Each model appearance was a treat for the imagination and an expression of elegance, exquisite couture under an artistic spell with a drop of joy and fun.

Beautiful to watch and inspirational, Viktor & Rolf took over Haute Couture and intrigued us all to keep an eye on their future creations!
