AKNVAS at NYFW

AKNVAS FW24 collection at The Ritz Carlton New York, NoMad – The collection featured womenswear and menswear respectively paired with Stuart Weitzman and Dr. Martens footwear with additional sponsorship provided by Cogni Bank. 

AKNVAS Fall 2024 runway show is a testament to artistic inspiration and timeless elegance. From tactile knitwear infused with playful pom pom details paying homage to Richard Artschwager’s enigmatic art to faux fur pieces echoing the ethereal charm of John Currin’s paintings, each garment tells a story of creativity and sophistication.

The collection seamlessly blends minimal tailoring in pinstripe fabrics and stone-washed denim, reflecting AKNVAS ’ DNA of clean lines and subtle details.

Meanwhile, 3D flowers bloom in stone-washed denim and crochet, capturing the essence of anenchanted Roman garden. Finally, draped sequin dresses pay tribute to Rome and Currin’s artistry, embodying the grandeur of Roman architecture and the emotive brushstrokes of Currin’s masterpieces.

Together, these concepts evoke a powerful narrative of beauty, craftsmanship, and timeless allure.
