An autumn with COS Stores

COS Stores

The COS for the Fall-Winter 2023 season campaign pays homage to the brand’s design origins, introducing a fresh approach to timeless style, driven by an uncompromising dedication to craftsmanship, intricate details, and modern tailoring.

Celebrating creativity, talent, and individual diversity, the collection comes to life through photographs featuring singer and producer Kelela, musician, singer, composer, and actor Curtis Harding, as well as actors Will Poulter and Havana Rose Liu, alongside models América González, Vika Evseeva, Dara Gueye, Taemin Park, and Selena Forrest.

Photographed by Daniel Jackson in an intimate studio setting, the campaign highlights the unique energy of each person while expressing the season’s mood. The captivating images showcase the intricate craftsmanship and quality for which COS is renowned, portraying timelessness, power, and confidence.

The campaign collection of the season empowers the wearer. Accentuated shoulders create a visual statement, while versatile RWS wool maxi-length coats are suggested to be worn oversized. Creative layering enhances shapes and proportions, featuring innovative and elevated cuts. Flared trousers and gathered men’s trousers offer a more relaxed approach to suiting. Further reinventing classic tailoring, deconstruction and reconstruction methods create unexpected silhouettes. Low-rise and reversed-waist trousers are paired with cropped jackets with raw edges, while traditionally formal stripes drape asymmetrically, creating modern proportions.

Colors are harmoniously combined, emphasizing the fact that nature continues to inspire this season’s palette; soothing neutrals in the natural oat shade complement camel and brown tones, alongside specially crafted floral patterns. Exploring contrasts, smooth finishes meet textured ones, while intricate embroideries and quilting techniques highlight unique leather accessories.
