Toronto Stylist, Model, and Designer, Josh Pasquale, Beats the Odds at Paris Fashion Week!

5th of October 2023, Toronto, ON – Josh Pasquale of 26 years old once grew up with a single mother and nearly homeless, but knew that his love for fashion would pay off one day. He fulfilled a lifelong dream as he debuted at Paris Fashion Week as a stylist and model.

The prestigious event hosted by Flying Solo NYC took place on October 1, 2023, 2:30 PM at La Galerie Bourbon near the iconic Arc De Triomphe.

Josh worked to showcase the innovative leg couture of Berlin’s Vivien Sophie and unconventional and undiscovered UK, Canadian, and German designers.

A true fashion enthusiast since childhood, Josh Pasquale’s journey to the Paris Fashion Week stage was nothing short of remarkable.

Scouted by Vivien Sophie on Instagram on June 25, 2023, Josh dedicated his entire summer to curating a selection of Europe’s most unconventional designers including Northern Irish upcycled designer Emma Gilles of Crafty Belfast, and avant-garde student designer Giuliana Schmidt.

Josh poured his heart and soul into the production of this extraordinary show. Josh also included Canadian designer L’Uomo Strano and Canadian milliner Imagomillinery in the show and week.

The unconventional and upcycled collection left the audience in awe, as gasps of admiration filled the air during the runway presentation. Josh worked with designer Emma Gilles on a timeless ballerina outfit made of upcycled vintage Dior tulle Emma had in her archives. In addition to his styling prowess, he graced the catwalk as a model, receiving high praise for his confident and captivating walk.
