22nd of September, Milan, Italy – Milan is bombed by beauty, fashion and glam! Milan Fashion Week is on the run, models, stars and fashionistas are ready to assist another great show prepared by Robert Cavalli for their Ready-to-Wear Spring-Summer 2023 collection.

This time the third collection proposed by the art director of the house, Fausto Puglisi, is bringing a fresh personal note on top of the classic Cavalli signature style. Passionate about the 1950’s Hollywood era, Puglisi reproduced in the SS23 collection the glamorous hourglass silhouette cocktail dresses, the high-glam of Gilbert Adrian sculptural jackets made for Alfred Hithcock’s favourite Edith Head.

Fausto started the show with a white jacquard sheath in the Edith Head style mixed with a cotton poplin blouse and an almost sober silk moiré shift with long pleated skirts worn open over built-in shorts, with a 1979 Roberto Cavalli print which could look both angelic and twisted.

Puglisi’s collection for the 2023 Ready-to-Wear Spring-Summer season is an ode to the old Hollywood glam under a Cavalli script of leopard spots and lycra suits.A fresh approach of the good old times perfected for a glamy future summer.
