COS Celebrates Summer with a Capsule Collection Featuring the Works of Artist Stephen Doherty
COS is pleased to announce its latest collaboration with multidisciplinary artist Stephen Doherty from Manchester. The limited edition pieces showcase exclusively crafted floral artwork using Doherty’s unique technique involving ink and water. Focusing on the blooming flower, the collaboration celebrates the beauty of nature in its most refined form. Embracing the synergy between art and fashion, the collection of 17 pieces embodies effortless elegance. Doherty’s artworks are reimagined on silk canvases and within the transformative classic silhouettes of COS. The collection also highlights a range of co-ord sets, with each item designed to be versatile and suitable for various occasions, day or night, depending on mood or circumstance.
Exploring craftsmanship, delicate beadwork embroidery adorns bandeau tops, while unique waist finishes provide versatility and functional elements to the collection. The floral print is also visible on accessories, reworked on a leather mule and silk scarves.
The COS x Stephen Doherty capsule collection launches online on June 8th and physically at the COS store in Baneasa Shopping City in Bucharest, Romania, approximately 1 week later.
