If we had to frame the vision of French designer Alexis Mabille in a few words, those should probably be “efortless glamour”.

Since his very beginnings, Alexis started on his fashion journey as a couturier playing with traditional codes, giving silhouettes a savvy twist or mixing different eras, cultivating with each collection a spirit that is equal parts chic and fun-loving.

The Spring-Summer 2023 collection presented at Paris Fashion Week this past September, Alexis created nineteen evening looks “like a cool and effortless wardrobe, with a relaxed, younger twist,” as the designer stated.

For Alexis, the “ritual” of dressing up to go out in a fancy place from London or New York should be as efortless as putting on a shirt. Therefore the creations proposed by the designer can be worn with glam and ease simultaneously.

For his dresses Alexis mixed various materials like merino jersey, lace, floral brocade, Lyon lace,sequins, lamé in whites, blacks, gold and copper hues which give the designs a highly-contemporary and cosmopolitan allure.

Once again, Alexis Mabille shines during the Fashion Week with his SS ’23 creations and succeeds to give another “fashion declaration” of the modern rendering of the traditional bow tie.
