New at BOTTEGA VENETA

In the Montenapoleone shop of Bottega Veneta, Gaetano Pesce presented the immersive installation ‘Come See’, a cave in resin and fabric that recalls an anthropomorphic silhouette in motion.

The installation welcomed two special edition bags: My Dear Mountains and My Dear Prairies, made by Bottega Veneta and designed by Pesce. A tale of his early years in Italy, of the mountains of Este where he grew up and of the prairies of America, where he lives today.

Each My Dear Mountains bag is airbrushed by hand and incorporates the watercolor palette and shades of Gaetano Pesce’s design. My Dear Praires is made with meticulous crochet work in leather in seven different colours, which recreate the chromatic richness of the American prairies.

Both bags are now available in the brand’s store in via Sant’Andrea 15 in Milan.
