This is the vision of another newly brand founded in New York City in 2019 and already present on the international catwalks for the Fashion Weeks. The definition belongs to Mikage Shin, a brand FM24 has spotted during the Flying Solo presentation for Paris Fashion Week this past spring.

Born and raised in Tokyo, pursuing fashion studies and an independent career across the ocean in New York City, Mikage Shin is proposing designs detached from the gender idea, with luxurious avant-garde aesthetics inspired by the 20’s and 21’st centuries art, history and social dynamics.

With a firm belief that fashion is more than a fantasy, Mikage Shin is creating designs for all people keeping count of sustainability, hand-made techniques coming from their very skilled employees, and intelligent production which aims to make both the clients and the producers happy .
