It is necessary to invest in something in which we feel comfortable. We get rid of clothes in our closets that seem too specific, too frilly, too redundant. If you never take it out in the morning, if it collects dust on a hanger, then you can probably get rid of it. Invest in the best version of every piece – the perfect oversized button-down shirt in thick cotton or distressed oxford, the perfect pants, the perfect silk layered top.
